What are you dreaming of and wishing for?
Whatever we focus our thoughts on frequently,
will eventually come to us!
Does this sound unreal? Does it sound too good to be true?
It has a positive and a negative side as if we focus on negativity it goes in the wrong direction. You attract what you fear, feel and think. So my advice to you is to use your mind on positive thoughts. Also remember the saying “What you put out you get back”!
The Law of Attraction is when you use the power of your mind to translate whatever is in our thoughts and turn them into reality.
Not enough people practice this as the minority of people are successful and the majority are still struggling day to day, through life.
Visualize clearly, precisely and frequently and it will manifest itself into reality.
The Law of Attraction is one of life’s biggest mysteries and very few people are fully aware of how much of an impact the Law of Attraction has on their day-to-day life. Whether we are doing it knowingly or unknowingly, every second of our existence, we are acting as human magnets sending out our thoughts and emotions and attracting back more of what we have put out.
Like attracts like. You are a magnet. Whatever you are, that’s what you draw to you. If you are negative, you’re going to draw negativity. You positive, you draw positive. You a kind person, more people are kind to you.

Unfortunately, with so many of us still blind to the potential that is locked deep within us, it is all too easy to leave your thoughts and emotions unchecked – sending out the wrong thoughts and attracting more unwanted emotions and events into your life.
Mindfulness has become a very popular practice all over the world today as our lives are moving too fast and confusing and unsettling most of us, all of the time.
A mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.
Life is a blank canvas of endless possibilities and you are in control of what the finished picture will look like.
Decide what you want and why you want it?
Try and stay focused on that.
Often we rush too quickly into when, what, where, who etc. and we lose the focus on the what and why! This is where the magic happens.
Enjoy the journey or you will never truly enjoy and appreciate it once you achieve it.
Every fear holds a wish; so don’t allow fear to hold you back but rather to look at what it is trying to tell you.
Also don’t allow yourself to give up dreams and goals because you think that it would be impossible to achieve or you are not in a good space or that you are not worthy.
Thousands of successful people who were down and out dreamt and visualized big dreams and goals and they have achieved them by focusing frequently on what they want.
The more your life improves and moves in the direction that you want the easier it becomes to be more positive and dream bigger dreams.
Positivity attracts positivity.
